32 we both do features a comfortably muted exterior with scatters of embroidery and Nicki Cherry's pearl charm dispersed loosely across the cool navy, as well as a patch of indigo scrap fabric sewn neatly square just above the hem on the back — evidence of a repair worn plain. Beneath her shell, however, a beautiful world of sea-colored ribbons reveals itself to the wearer even when the jacket is fully closed — with six beautifully tactile agate beads occasionally reminding of their presence with the gentlest of presses against the back.

Materials
Vintage chore coat (cotton or cotton blend), patchwork lining constructed from antique indigo-dyed cotton fabric scraps, cotton embroidery floss, blister pearl and silver charm, glass beads

Measurements
48” bust, 27” length (high point shoulder to hem)
Kaci (model) is 5'5" tall

Care
For coats — remove charm using silver clasp, then dry clean or hand wash cold with mild detergent and line dry, warm iron on reverse with a little steam. Interior button serves as extra support for the silver clasp, which can be reinforced or removed as needed. For charms — gently clean with mild soap, warm water, and a soft cloth. Avoid wetting charms for extended periods of time. If using silver polish, avoid pearl.
